HOURS OF OPERATION:
We are happy to meet with clients and prospective clients there during normal business hours, by appointment, 9-5pm or off hours by appointment. We have built our business around providing an extraordinary level of service, not seen in a typically legal practice. We are available 24 hours/7 days a week via cell phone for my clients. Where the circumstances warrant, We can also arrange for a home or off site visit. In almost every circumstance, our initial consultation is free, with our compliments. These usually last about 30 minutes.

 ATTY JANICE SALVADORE PROFILE:

 

·         I have practiced law in Massachusetts since 1995. I learned how at the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, MA. I am also have a B.S in Sociology from Central Connecticut State University in 1985. Prior to my legal experience, I worked in the Insurance industry for ten years.

·         I have worked with a highly regarded national firm in Boston, MA, where I worked to defend insurance companies and their customers against injury and liability claims. The firm I worked for represented most all of the major insurance companies at one time or another. In addition, I have worked for local Real Estate focused practices and have closed hundreds on loans and buy/sell transactions.

·         Based on this experience, I opened my own practice in 2003. In an era where law firms are "going global" with 1,000 or more lawyers on staff, I find this type of practice to be much more rewarding. I have the ability to select my clients and take on the type of business relationships that I desire. I have also surrounded myself with a strong staff consisting of Paralegal and Business related services providers within my firm.

·         With that in mind, my clients get personal attention. I can guaranty that client services are handled by a licensed attorney, not a secretary or paralegal. Clients who hire a lawyer deserve a lawyer's work, nothing less. I concentrate on delivering top-notch service.

·         I am a very active member of the community of Westborough, serving in many capacities for the local school system, youth and high school sports, religious and business organizations.

·         I am a trained Collaborative Law attorney who believes strongly that family conflicts can be resolved without going to court and spending a lot of money. As your Collaborative Law Attorney, I negotiate in cooperation with another collaborative law attorney and with the other family member involved in the dispute. Together, we all agree to resolve all the issues out of court and present a joint agreement to the court at the end of the process. This process should save you money, pain and allow both parties to move ahead with their lives with dignity.

·         As a Collaborative law attorney, I have had specialized training that allows mw to facilitate interest-based negotiation and serve as an educator and guide through the collaborative process. As your attorney, I  also advocates for you, identify questions and issues that need resolution, provide legal advice, generate and evaluate resolution options, manage conflict, and assist both  parties in implementing agreements. . I am a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council.
